Career, Life and Wellbeing Coaching
Conversations that transform and bring change in work and life.
Whether you are considering a big move, have a long term career goal, or have a specific challenge in mind (such as tackling a difficult work relationship), coaching will help you grow, set the right goals, and make wise decisions. As wellbeing coaches we can also help you create a customised place to enchance your quality of life.
Is life feeling stuck or misaligned? Perhaps you have ideas you’re not sure how to make a reality. Life coaching helps you discover your values and purpose, and align your life accordingly.
Group coaching is also available for teams who want to grow in their communication and efffectiveness. The DiSC behavioural profiles can be really helpful to assist these sessions.

Moving Up: Transition to Secondary School
A coaching programme for Year 6 children to help prepare them for the tranistion to secondary school. This fun, interactive programme introduces simple coaching tools kids can grasp to build life long resilience and emotional and time management.
Topics include:
Anxiety (I can feel and not be overwhelmed)
Personal Impact (I can be confident)
Decision Making (I can make good decisions)
Making friends (I can be a good friend)
Managing time and organisation (I can do what I need to do)
